Mr. Janak Shah, Managing Director and Mrs. Maya Shah, Executive Director are the key founders of the company. Being Pharmacy graduates, they envisioned working on Novel Drug Delivery Systems (NDDS), which was considered as niche area in the ‘80s compared to the conventional formulations. With strong belief in their vision and support of few committed team members, they laid the foundation of Themis Laboratories in 1985, now known as Inventia Healthcare.

Inventia today is known for many breakthroughs in drug delivery technologies and is considered as one of lead players in Novel Drug Delivery segment in India. Janak Shah and Maya Shah continue to play an active role towards attaining the vision of the company.

Dr. Ankur Shah, Executive Director is PhD. in Pharmaceutics from University of Iowa having work experience with California based companies like Nektar Therapeutics and Novartis. Joined Inventia Leadership team in 2007, to drive the R&D vision and key business initiatives related to people and process.

Mr. Bharat Bakhshi, Investor Director in Inventia, is currently a partner at Jacob Ballas. He is a Mechanical Engineer from California State University, Fullerton, and an MBA from the University of Southern California, having more than 17 years of experience, out of which 11 years have been in the field of financial services. Mr. Bakhshi has held various top positions in past that includes Director at UBS Investment Bank based at Mumbai and then New York,  Assistant Vice President with Citigroup based out of Mumbai and New York, Atlantic Richfield Corporation at Los Angeles.

Dr. Prabuddha Ganguli, Independent Director, is a PhD. in Chemical Physics from Tata Institute of Fundamental Research. He has overall 33 years of experience in research and industry with immense expertise in areas of IPR, Information Risk Management, Cyber Security, Knowledge Management. He worked for more than 20 years at Hindustan Lever where he was heading the Information Services & Patents function handled various critical portfolios like Technology Assessment, Forecasting & Transfer, Business Planning, Special Projects, Information Risk & Security Management and Knowledge Management. He is a leading qualified Patent Agent in India. He has been recipient of several prestigious national and international awards and has authored over 60 publications and 5 books. He has been a member of some important Government of India nominated steering committees for Innovation & IPR apart from being on panel of important expert working groups. He is currently CEO of his own consulting group "Vision - IPR".

Mr. Naresh Shah, President – Marketing, a science graduate having work experience of more than 32 years with pharmaceutical companies like Glaxo, Cadila, Unichem, Ranbaxy and Zydus Cadila, having held many senior positions in India and abroad. His contribution includes enhancing the growth of the company both in India and abroad.

Mr. Hemendra Shah, President – Finance, Accounts & Legal, is a qualified chartered accountant having work experience of more than 25 years. Having been associated with Company since its inception, his contribution includes implementation of document management system, information technology management systems way ahead of its times.

Mr. Nayan Joshi, President – Supply Chain, a key member since inception of the company has work experience of more than 25 years with specialization in chemical and instruments, microbiology, capsules, tablets and liquids.
